It's that time of year again to begin planning for The Wadena Area Chamber of Commerce's Christmas Festival. We are excited for this years festival to be held on Saturday, Nov 25th, from 9am to 3pm - and we hope you can join us!
As you review the
Vendor Application Form, we want to point out that the Chamber has decided to increase the two sizes of our booths. Our goal is to reach our capacity of 90 to 100 in both gymnasiums this year!
We are focusing on attracting more vendors who sell hand-made and unique items, so if you know of any vendors who might be interested, please pass along our information.
Spots are reserved on a fist-come, fist-served basis. To ensure your space, your booth registration and payment must be completed by Oct 4th, 2023. If we have duplicate products, it will be reserved for the first person to send payment.
To ensure a variety of vendors, we ask that all vendors include pictures and descriptions of merchandise.
For safety reasons, vendors needing electricity are restricted to only the outside walls. If electricity is NOT needed for your booth, please consider using battery lighting. If electricity is required, remember that all spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
General Admission is $3 per person, children 10 years and younger are free. If attendees bring non-perishable food items for the Wadena Food Shelf, admission is reduced to $2 per person. Food stands will be available to purchase lunch on site.
