About Rhonda
Rhonda and Mike Kleinke have been long time residents of Wadena. Rhonda has been employed locally with the Super One Foods for 29 years. Mike is a retired military veteran of 26 years and volunteers at the Wadena Fire Department and is also employed locally. They have three children: Brittani (Tyler,) Brayden (Mya,) and Bryanna, with one grandson, Bentley.

Rhonda struggled with health issues for two years before an exploratory surgery in St. Cloud found a neuroendocrine tumor in her small bowel. Rhonda was diagnosed with Neuroendocrine Carcinoid Stage 4 Cancer on June 24th, 2021, and it has spread throughout her body. She was sent to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester where she has received infusions every 28 days since September of 2021. She has recently completed 4 radiation infusion treatments and is now waiting to hear what the next steps will be. This is just the beginning of Rhonda's journey, as her diagnosis is incurable. She will need continuous treatments to maintain the best quality of life.
